Two accidents in Palnadu Leave One Dead and Fifteen Injured

Early Sunday morning, two separate road accidents occurred within the Palnadu district, resulting in one fatality and fifteen injuries.
Near Anupalem in Rajupalem Mandal, a two-wheeler lost control and plunged into a canal. The incident claimed the life of 38-year-old Ankamma, who died instantly. Her husband, Venkayya, narrowly escaped injury. The couple was returning from a wedding in Guntur and were identified as residents of Anchulavaripalem in Rajupalem Mandal.
In a second accident at Nandigam Cross Road in Sattenapalli Mandal, a Bolero truck overturned, causing injuries to fifteen people. The injured include two in critical condition. Witnesses and motorists alerted emergency services and police, who rushed to the scene. The victims were transported to hospital with the help of locals. The truck, travelling from Narsapuram to Sattenapalli, was carrying a group of fishermen headed to catch prawns at Dammalapadu tank in Muppalla Mandal.
