Mumbai: Global music icon Jennifer Lopez marked a major milestone in her career as she performed at the renowned Coachella for the very first time, calling the experience deeply special and reflective of a new, joyful phase in her life.

The Grammy-winning star shared a video from her electrifying performance alongside David Guetta in California, where the duo performed their track “Save Me Tonight.” Expressing her excitement, Lopez described it as “the most fun day,” adding that performing the song live at her debut Coachella appearance was a memorable moment.

Reflecting on her personal journey, Lopez wrote that her “happy era” is “rewriting everything,” encouraging fans to embrace change and continue surprising themselves.

Founded in 1999, Coachella is one of the world’s most iconic music festivals, known for its diverse lineup spanning rock, pop, hip-hop, and electronic dance music, and is held annually over two weekends in April.

Earlier, Lopez had opened up about returning to her beloved romantic comedy genre, describing it as her “rom-com era.” She recently shared unseen behind-the-scenes moments from her 2002 hit film Maid in Manhattan, evoking nostalgia and fond memories.

The film, based on a story by John Hughes, starred Lopez alongside Ralph Fiennes and Natasha Richardson. It followed the story of a hotel maid mistaken for a wealthy socialite, leading to an unexpected romance with a high-profile politician. The film went on to become a box-office success.

Looking ahead, Lopez will be seen in the upcoming romantic comedy Office Romance, directed by Ol Parker. The film also features Brett Goldstein, Betty Gilpin, Edward James Olmos, Bradley Whitford, Amy Sedaris, Tony Hale, and Rick Hoffman in key roles.
