Surbhi Das says Ranbir Kapoor looked like Lord Rama on ‘Ramayana’ sets

Mumbai: Actress Surbhi Das has heaped praise on her co-star Ranbir Kapoor, saying he completely embodied the role of Lord Rama while filming the upcoming epic Ramayana.
Surbhi, who plays Shrutakirti in the film, shared her experience of working with Ranbir and revealed that his presence on set felt “divine”. She noted that he remained deeply immersed in his character throughout the shoot and rarely broke out of it, adding to the authenticity of his portrayal.
Recalling her time on set, the actress said that Ranbir’s look and aura strongly resembled Lord Rama, making the experience surreal for the cast and crew. She further praised his dedication, stating that his commitment to the role was evident in every scene.
Surbhi also spoke about working alongside Sai Pallavi, who plays Sita in the film, describing her as warm and supportive. She revealed that Sai Pallavi guided her during challenging scenes, especially those involving elaborate costumes and jewellery.
