Calls it a symbol of two decades of hard work

Actor Prateik Smita Patil recently unveiled his custom-built motorcycle, affectionately named “Kaal,” describing it as a powerful symbol of his 20-year journey filled with perseverance, passion, and dedication. A well-known biking enthusiast, the actor shared a series of photographs on social media, offering fans a closer look at the unique machine and the story behind its creation.

In the pictures, Prateik can be seen proudly posing alongside the matte-black motorcycle, while a few images also show him closely involved in the building process. The actor revealed that the project was not just about owning a bike but about fulfilling a dream he had nurtured for years.

Explaining the meaning behind the name, Prateik said “Kaal” represents time, era, and age, reflecting the two decades he spent working hard and patiently chasing his passion. According to him, the motorcycle stands as a reminder of his relentless determination and the dream of owning something truly special.

Prateik revealed that he dedicated more than 1,000 days to perfecting the bike, carefully focusing on every detail—from design to performance. He explained that the aim was to transform the machine into something that looked powerful and aggressive rather than just another motorcycle. Drawing inspiration from the iconic Batpod aesthetic, the actor envisioned a design that felt bold, sleek, and commanding, finished in a deep matte black tone.

To give the motorcycle a distinctive identity, he incorporated elements inspired by the legendary Willie G logo, paying tribute to the heritage that first sparked his love for motorcycles. After years of dreaming and nearly three years of building, Prateik says the bike has finally taken the form he always imagined.

Apart from his passion for motorcycles, Prateik has built a steady career in the film industry.

The actor, son of veteran actor Raj Babbar and legendary actress Smita Patil, made his acting debut with Jaane Tu... Ya Jaane Na in 2008 alongside Imran Khan and Genelia Deshmukh. Over the years, he has appeared in films such as Dum Maaro Dum, Aarakshan, Dhobi Ghat, Baaghi 2, and Chhichhore.

Most recently, he was seen in HIT: The Third Case starring Nani. With “Kaal,” Prateik has now added another remarkable milestone to his personal journey, combining his love for motorcycles with years of dedication and passion.
