TGEAPCET‑2026 Counselling Schedule Released; Three‑Phase Process Begins June 19

- Full counselling schedule announced for all phases, including internal sliding and spot admissions.

Hyderabad: The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has released the complete counselling schedule for TGEAPCET‑2026 admissions following a meeting held on June 8 under the chairmanship of Prof. V. Balakista Reddy. Commissioner of Technical Education and TGEAPCET‑2026 Admissions Convenor A. Sridevasena, and other committee members, finalised the timelines for all stages of the admission process.
The first phase begins with online filing of basic information, payment of the processing fee and slot booking from June 19 to June 28. Certificate verification for slot‑booked candidates will be conducted from June 22 to June 29. Candidates may exercise web options from June 25 to July 1, with freezing on July 1. The mock seat allotment will be displayed on or before July 4, followed by option modifications from July 5 to July 7. Provisional allotments will be released on or before July 10, and tuition fee payment and self‑reporting must be completed between July 10 and July 14.
The second phase will be held for candidates who did not participate in the earlier phase. Slot booking is scheduled for July 17, certificate verification on July 18, and option entry from July 18 to July 19. Freezing of options will take place on July 19. Seat allotment will be announced on or before July 22, followed by fee payment and self‑reporting from July 22 to July 24. Physical reporting at allotted colleges is mandatory from July 25 to July 28, and July 28 is the last date for cancellation.
The final phase begins on July 31 with slot booking, followed by certificate verification on August 1 and option entry from August 1 to August 2. Options will freeze on August 2, and allotments will be released on or before August 5. Candidates must complete fee payment and reporting between August 5 and August 7. Colleges must update their joining details by August 8. No cancellations or dropouts are permitted after this phase.
Centralised internal sliding will be conducted from August 12 to August 13, with allotments on August 15 and reporting from August 16 to August 17. Spot admission guidelines for university, constituent and private unaided engineering colleges will be published on August 16 at https://tgeapcet.nic.in.
As per AICTE’s academic calendar, classwork for the 2026‑27 academic year will commence on August 1.
