Vizag Scholar gets dual academic recognition in organisational neuroscience and AI ethics

The recognition was conferred during a ceremony held in New Delhi in the presence of academics, policymakers, industry leaders and technology professionals.
The dual honour acknowledges Dr. Naidu’s contributions to the emerging fields of organisational neuroscience, artificial intelligence and ethical technology applications. According to the university, the recognition reflects his work in integrating cognitive science, data analytics and AI-driven approaches to understanding organisational behaviour and decision-making.
With this latest honour, Dr. Naidu’s academic portfolio includes four international doctorates. He has also completed academic and executive programmes from institutions including Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and NALSAR University of Law. Over the years, Dr. Naidu has worked on projects related to artificial intelligence, predictive analytics and leadership development. His research has focused on the application of neuroscience and data-driven insights in organisational settings, including communication, workforce management and strategic decision-making.
He is associated with Nutan Naidu Neural Networks and has contributed to academic and professional development programmes as a visiting professor and consultant. His work includes the development of training frameworks, digital learning initiatives and research on the responsible use of emerging technologies.
