Anantapur: The Rs 30,156-crore ‘Jal Jeevan Mission – Amarajeevi Jaladhara’ programme was launched in Proddatur, YSR Kadapa district, with State Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan attending as chief guest.
Anantapur Janasena President and AHUDA Chairman TC Varun accorded a grand welcome to Pawan Kalyan at the event. Designed to provide safe drinking water to every household and permanently solve rural water crises, the initiative received strong backing from local leaders.
TC Varun stressed that active involvement from public representatives remains essential for the successful execution of such vital development programmes.
