Officials have set an ambitious deadline to complete all desilting works by the end of April 2026 to ensure that the drainage system is fully prepared to handle monsoon rains.
The Corporation also plans to continue desilting activities during and after the monsoon to maintain uninterrupted drainage efficiency.
