New Commissionerate taking shape at Fab City

DGP Shivdhar Reddy inspected the under construction police buildings and took stock of the progress
Rangareddy: In order to take stock of the under-construction structures at the Tukkuguda Fab City area in Rangareddy district, DGP Shivdhar Reddy visited the site on Wednesday and inspected the progress of the building being constructed to house a police commissioner’s office, along with other facilities.
Accompanied with Future City Police Commissioner G Sudheer Babu, the state DGP enquired about the ongoing works and the facilities being provided to make the structure fully progressive and suggested necessary changes.
It is learned that the DGP asked the concerned to ensure all necessary facilities be available in the building so as to help police personnel work comfortably besides arrangements to serve the people who will approach there to get their grievances addressed.
The DGP also instructed the engineers to speed-up the pace of the remaining works so as to complete them within the deadline and ensure the quality of the works. Later, the senior police officials also visited the sites allotted to the department by the government in Mir Khanpet area under Future City. The officials went into huddle here to discuss the master plan for the upcoming work of the Commissioner Office and the permanent structures to be constructed at the allotted sites.
It is learned that the DGP asked the engineers here to start the construction work at the earliest to ensure timely completion of the structures. They said that these structures are meant to ensure people get better police services at these police facilities. The DGP also said that a full-fledged police service will be available soon in the Tukkuguda area where the new police buildings are being constructed. DCP MaheshwaramK.Narayana Reddy, ACP IbrahimpatnamRaju, ACP Arun Kumar and other police officials were present at the occasion.
