Nizamabad: Kamareddy Superintendent of Police Rajesh Chandra has directed police personnel to give top priority to crime control and ensure quality investigation in every case to deliver speedy justice to victims.

Addressing a monthly review meeting at the district police office on Monday, the SP instructed officials to prepare dedicated action plans to resolve long-pending cases, trace missing persons and execute pending non-bailable warrants.

He stressed the need to make effective use of scientific and technical evidence, particularly in serious offences, to strengthen investigations and ensure convictions of offenders.

The SP also directed officials to identify accident-prone areas and take measures such as installing warning boards and speed breakers. He called for greater public awareness about financial fraud and cybercrimes.

He ordered intensified surveillance and strict action against gambling, highlighting its adverse impact on families and their financial well-being.

In view of the upcoming Durga Navratri festival, the SP directed police officials to prepare advance security plans and ensure heightened vigilance. She Teams were asked to step up monitoring to ensure the safety of women during the festivities.

The SP also encouraged the installation of community CCTV cameras in villages to strengthen surveillance and prevent criminal activities. During the meeting, cash rewards and commendation certificates were presented to police personnel who had rendered exemplary services.
