Shubham Nokhwal taking charge as Sub-Collector of Rajamahendravaram on Tuesday
Rajamahendravaram: The 2023-batch IAS officer Shubham Nokhwal assumed charge as the new Sub-Collector of Rajamahendravaram on Tuesday.
After taking charge, he called on East Godavari District Collector Kirti Chekuri at the Collectorate in Bommuru. Collector Kirti congratulated Shubham Nokhwal on assuming the new responsibility and advised him to work in coordination with all departments to ensure better administration and delivery of services to people in the sub-division. Later, Nokhwal met Joint Collector Y Megha Swaroop and Superintendent of Police D Narasimha Kishore. DRO S Bhaskar Reddy, RDO R Siva Ramudu, CPO L Appalakonda, Divisional PRO ML Acharyulu and other officials congratulated him on assuming charge.
Speaking on the occasion, Shubham Nokhwal said he would discharge his duties responsibly in accordance with the priorities of the State government. He said special attention would be given to re-survey works, resolution of issues relating to 22-A lands and prompt redressal of land-related grievances of people.
Shubham Nokhwal had earlier served as Sub-Collector of Rampachodavaram and Project Officer of Chintur ITDA. Shubham Nokhwal hails from Chak 56 LNP village in Ganganagar district of Rajasthan and belongs to the 2023 batch of the AP cadre.
