VCCI deliberates on industry growth, AI and digital transformation

Visakhapatnam: The Vizagapatam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) hosted a meet on Friday bringing industry leaders, entrepreneurs and policymakers on to a platform.

VCCI president M Sudarsan Swamy shared the objective of the meet.

Delivering the keynote address, Mythreyee Ganapathy, head of customer engagement, Google India, shared valuable insights into the role of Artificial Intelligence in empowering businesses, enhancing customer engagement, unlocking new growth opportunities. Her session resonated strongly with MSMEs and industry stakeholders navigating the evolving digital landscape.

Shiv Kumar Gunturu, CEO, Maple Software Private Limited shared deeper perspectives on technology adoption, innovation and future-ready business strategies.

For the second panel session moderated by R.L. Narayana, vice-president, WNS Visakhapatnam, Krishna Mohan, founder and president, Inspire Edge Technologies, among others, took part in the discussions that focused on different aspects of the business ecosystem in the region.
