Hanumakonda: Warangal Police Commissioner N. Shwetha, IPS, has directed officials to make comprehensive security arrangements for the upcoming Devi Sharannavaratri festival at the historic Sri Bhadrakali Temple in Warangal. The celebrations are scheduled to begin on October 11.
