Ingredients List
•1.5 liters Full-fat milk
•1 cup Makhana (Fox nuts)
•1/4th cup California Pista (Blanched)
•8-10 Dates (De-seeded)
•10-12 Elaichi (Cardamom) powder
•A pinch Saffron (Kesar), diluted in a little milk
•Extra California Pista (Chopped, for crunch and garnish)
•Dry rose petals (For garnish)
Method
1. In a bowl, combine makhana, de-seeded dates, and blanched pista.
2. Heat the milk in a pan and bring it to a boil.
3. Add soaked saffron and cardamom powder.
4. Simmer until the milk reduces to half and thickens.
5. Turn off the heat and pour the hot milk over the makhana-pista mixture.
6. Let it cool completely, then blend into a smooth mixture.
7. Add chopped pista for extra crunch (optional).
8. Pour into kulfi moulds, cover, and freeze until set.
Serving
•Dip moulds in warm water to de-mould.
•Gently twist and remove the kulfi.
•Garnish with chopped pista and dry rose petals before serving.

Ingredients
•Jamun- 30 grams or 5 pieces
•Chia seeds- 15 grams, soaked
•Black salt- 1/2 tsp
•Salt- 1/4th tsp
•Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
•Stevia - 2 sachets
•Chilli powder- a pinch
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, immerse chia seeds in hot water for few minutes and keep it aside
2. Immerse jamun in hot water and deseed them.
3. Add mulled jamun and chia seeds in a glass.
4. Add salt, black salt, chaat masala and stevia.
5. Add ice and coffee water.
6. Stir it and a pinch of chilli powder
