BJP Telangana State Treasurer Devaki Vasudeva Rao issues a strong condemnation regarding the brutal assault on a 12-year-old girl in Khammam. The opposition leader demands immediate state-funded advanced medical care for the victim and hits out at the administration over public safety lapses.

Khammam: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has condemned the alleged brutal sexual assault on a 12-year-old girl in Khammam city and demanded stringent punishment for the accused.BJP State Treasurer Devaki Vasudeva Rao, in a statement on Tuesday, described the incident as deeply shocking and inhuman, alleging that the man attempted to kill the girl by pushing her from a building after the attack.

He said the incident reflects a serious concern over law and order and public safety.Rao also criticised the State government, alleging a delayed response from authorities and the political leadership in addressing the case or visiting the victim. He demanded that the victim be provided advanced medical treatment, including shifting her to Hyderabad if necessary, at government expense.

He urged that the accused be sentenced the strictest possible punishment under law and warned of intensified protests if justice is delayed. The BJP leader also expressed hope for the girl’s speedy recovery and extended support to her family.
