Andhra Pradesh Minister for Education and IT, Nara Lokesh, expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for launching the 'Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat' (Drug-Free Youth for a Developed India) initiative, which aims to create a drug-free society. He noted that the Prime Minister has called for a nationwide, 100-week campaign against drugs to be conducted as a national movement.
He urged everyone to become a part of this national movement. Minister Lokesh highlighted that since the alliance government assumed power in Andhra Pradesh, numerous awareness programs have been conducted under the banner of 'Drugs Vaddu Bro' (Say No to Drugs, Bro). He stated that a special team named 'Eagle' has been formed and that they are working tirelessly, with the participation of the community, to achieve a drug-free Andhra Pradesh.
