IIM Lucknow & TeamLease EdTech Launch Executive Programme in Brand Management
Lucknow: The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) has announced the launch of its Executive Programme in Brand Management, in collaboration with TeamLease EdTech. Designed for working professionals, the 11-month programme comprises 132 learning hours (ie., 114 hours of live online learning and 18 hours at a three-day campus immersion at IIM Lucknow). It is aimed at brand and marketing professionals, digital and growth professionals, product and business leaders, entrepreneurs, sales professionals, and aspiring marketing leaders seeking to strengthen their strategic brand capabilities.
The curriculum covers consumer insights, brand strategy, integrated communications, digital marketing, e-commerce, performance marketing and customer lifecycle management. Participants will also explore digital consumer psychology, brand storytelling, social media and influencer branding, marketplace and quick-commerce strategy, omnichannel growth, and AI-driven marketing and advertising. The programme further connects brand decisions with broader business areas including unit economics, profitability, financial planning, valuation, governance and cross-functional leadership.
Learning will be application-oriented, combining case studies, business simulations, projects, assignments, practitioner-led masterclasses, faculty-led live sessions and peer learning. The programme aims to help participants connect consumer understanding and brand strategy with digital ecosystems, emerging technologies and business outcomes.
Prof. Rajesh Aithal and Prof. Priyanka Sharma, Programme Directors, IIM Lucknow, said jointly, “Brand building today requires leaders to connect consumer understanding with digital execution and commercial outcomes. This programme develops that integrated perspective-from positioning and customer experience to e-commerce, AI-enabled marketing, and the economics of growth. Through case-based and application-led learning, we aim to help professionals make more informed strategic brand decisions in a dynamic marketplace.”
Shantanu Rooj, Founder & CEO, TeamLease EdTech, said, “Strong brands are shaped at the intersection of consumer insight, digital experience, data and business economics. As customer journeys evolve and AI transforms how organisations understand and engage consumers, professionals need broader strategic capabilities. Our collaboration with IIM Lucknow aims to help working professionals build these capabilities through learning closely connected with contemporary business realities.”
The programme is open to graduates, diploma holders and postgraduates, with selection based on candidates’ background and experience. Participants meeting the prescribed academic and attendance requirements will receive a Certificate of Successful Completion from IIM Lucknow.
Admissions for the upcoming cohort are open. Interested candidates can visit the programme website for details on the curriculum, eligibility, programme fee, and application process.
