CJ Aparesh Kumar Singh elevated to SC

Hyderabad: Telangana High Court Chief Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh has been appointed a judge of the Supreme Court.The Union Law Ministry issued the notification on Monday.
It was signed by the Joint Secretary in the Department of Justice.
Following the notification, Justice Singh left for New Delhi to join his new post. With his elevation, the High Court will have an acting Chief Justice.
Justice Puthichira Sam Koshy, the second senior most judge, will take charge. The Law ministry has issued a separate notification appointing Justice Koshy as the ACJ.
