Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that just as the world today praises the Indian Pilot Captain Smit Machchhar of flydubai, who saved the lives of 174 passengers on September 30, soon the world will also remember and praise India for its ‘Made in India planes. Modi was addressing the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Sabha in New Delhi.
He said, “Our country has several problems, but we also have 140 crore solutions. Now is not the time to rest. This is the time to move forward with enthusiasm and dedicate ourselves to the country and achieve these goals with visionary policies," he said.
Encouraging the youth power, the Prime Minister said that one should not miss this opportunity. "The youthfulness of India today is a great opportunity given to us by history. Today, the number of youths in India is a great opportunity. We should not miss this opportunity," he said.
"The world should take pride in Made-in-India products and want to buy goods from India. Our farmers' products should be on dining tables around the world. Whether it is climate change, water governance or empowering the poor, the world should adopt India's solutions," he added.
"Our resolutions will be for the country. Our hard work will be for the country. Our strength will be for the country. Our devotion will be for the country. If we innovate, we will innovate for the country. If we conduct research, we will conduct research for the country. If we create, we will create for the country. Our pledge will be for the country. We will live for the country," he added.
On the other hand, Modi also came in praise from NDA partners like Union Minister H D Kumaraswamy, who said the Prime Minister never treated alliance partners as mere numbers. He said all allies were given the space and freedom to contribute. The PM listened to their concerns and worked with them as equal partners, the minister said.
In a statement, the minister said Modi’s 25-year journey in public life reflected his ability to build and sustain relationships with alliance partners based on trust, mutual respect and a shared commitment to the nation.
The TDP-led NDA government in Andhra Pradesh convened a cabinet meeting and passed a resolution congratulating Modi on his 25-year journey in public life. The Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu called Modi the right PM at the right time and said that he was a great visionary. He said that while India would certainly become Vikasit Bharat by 2047, under Modi’s guidance and central help, AP too would become Vikasit Andhra Pradesh.
The Belgian Prime Minister Bart De Wever, in his congratulatory message on X, said, "I warmly congratulate Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 25 years of continuous leadership in government, from Gujarat to New Delhi. Following my productive visit to India last month, I look forward to further deepening the strong partnership between our two countries." He expressed his readiness to deepen the partnership between the two countries.
