The National Investigation Agency (NIA) special court on Monday postponed the verdict in the 2007 Hyderabad twin bomb blasts case to September 4th.
The verdict will be pronounced from Cherlapally jail premises in the presence of the accused on September 4th.
42 persons were killed and 50 others injured in the blasts that took place on August 25, 2007, at the famous eatery Gokul Chat Bhandar in the Koti area and the tourist destination Lumbini Park of the city.
Seven persons were named as the accused by the Telangana Counter Intelligence (CI) cell, which was probing the blast in three separate chargesheets filed during the course of the investigation.
Charges were framed against Anique Shafiq Syed, Akbar Ismail Choudhary, Ansar Ahmed Badhsah Sheikh, and Mohammed Sadiq, - all alleged Indian Mujahideen operatives by the Metropolitan Sessions Judges (MSJ) court in August 2013 under Section 302 (murder) and other relevant provisions of the IPC and sections of Explosive Substances Act.
