BJP leaders celebrate PM Modi’s record-breaking tenure

BJP leaders in Warangal celebrate Prime Minister Narendra Modi becoming India’s longest-serving Prime Minister, marking a historic 4,339 days in office.
Warangal: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders and supporters organised special prayers and celebratory events in Karimabad’s 40th Division on Wednesday to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi surpassing the tenure record of former Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru.
According to party leaders, Prime Minister Modi completed 4,339 days in office on June 10, becoming the longest-serving Prime Minister in India’s history. The occasion was marked with ritual offerings, including a milk abhishekam to the Prime Minister’s portrait, followed by the distribution of fruits among local residents.
BJP State Official Spokesperson Dr. Vannala Venkata Ramana attended the programme as chief guest. State Executive Member Siddam Naresh, former corporator Kusuma Satish and several senior BJP leaders were also present. Addressing the gathering, Dr. Venkata Ramana said Prime Minister Modi’s leadership had brought significant progress in infrastructure, transportation, railways, rural and urban development, and national security. He stated that the government’s policies had strengthened the country and inspired confidence among the younger generation.
He further said that several long-pending national challenges had been addressed during the BJP-led administration and that India was steadily advancing towards the vision of a developed nation under the ‘Viksit Bharat’ initiative. He added that India’s governance and development model had earned recognition at the global level.
