YC chief slams KTR over remarks against CM Revanth Reddy

Hyderabad: Telangana Youth Congress president Jakkidi Shivacharan Reddy on August 3 strongly criticised BRS working president KT R , accusing him of making reckless and baseless remarks against Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy for political gain. In an official statement, Jakkidi Shivacharan Reddy alleged that KTR had deliberately distorted the CM comments, stating that it was entirely inappropriate to misrepresent such statements for petty political advantage.

He urged KT R to recall past remarks made by former CM K Chandrashekar Rao regarding the engineering education system and students, alleging that the previous BRS regime had failed the youth and student community of Telangana. Highlighting key initiatives of the Congress government, Jakkidi Shivacharan Reddy claimed that the present administration had already filled nearly 70,000 government vacancies while simultaneously creating employment opportunities in the private sector through targeted skill development programmes.
