‘The End Of Oak Street’ action-packed trailer unveiled

Warner BrosPictures unveiled a trailer for The End of Oak Street , a survival epic about a family caught in the cross hairs of an ancient battle between man and beasts, with exciting stunts and special effects that have been waiting for their turn to captivate moviegoers since August 14, 2026, when the film opens across India, in cinemas and on IMAX.

Set in a world where a family is transported to a wondrous, terrifying world where giant dinosaurs run rampant, The End of Oak Street is a heart-pounding family adventure that follows a group of survivors as they try to make their way back home.

While the movie has plenty of thrilling action and spectacular destruction, Producer JJ Abrams noted that it is, in many ways, a "people'' movie.

"We really wanted to make a film about family, and the resiliency of the human spirit, just set in an incredible world," he said.

Writer-director David Robert Mitchell added that he got the idea for the film when he first began imagining the opening scene, in which a family is suddenly confronted by a giant dinosaur while walking through a quiet suburb.

"I was wandering around my neighborhood, picturing that there was a dinosaur roaming down the street, when it occurred to me that it would be really interesting to make a dinosaur movie that didn't take place in some exotic, ancient landscape, but in a world we know and can recognize,'' he said.

Anne Hathaway and Ewan McGregor headline this star-studded cast, which also includes Maisy Stella and Christian Convery.

Mitchell directed and wrote the film, with Abrams, Hannah Minghella, Jon Cohen, Matt Jackson, Tommy Harper, and Mitchell also serving as producers.

Working on The End of Oak Street was an incredible opportunity for him, added Mitchell.

Collaborating with the likes of world-renowned cinematographer Mike Gioulakis, production designer Maya Shimoguchi, and editor John Axelrad, and scoring music from Academy Award-winning composer Michael Giacchino, and costume designer Erin Benach was an unbelievable experience.

Presented by Warner Bros.Pictures in association with Bad Robot Productions and Jackson Pictures, The End of Oak Street is set to become one of the most thrilling sci-fi films of 2026, with a powerful story about dinosaurs and family adventures.
