With this offer Reliance Jio is giving a big discount of ₹6,000 on its 100 Mbps broadband plan. This means that the monthly price of the 100 Mbps broadband plan from Reliance Jio will be around ₹666. The 100 Mbps broadband plan, from Reliance Jio is an option now because of the lower price.

This limited-time offer has appeared on the MyJio app, although it is not yet listed on Jio's official website. India Today Tech has noted that the offer is currently available without any visible eligibility criteria, making it open to all Jio customers. Since the rollout appears to be gradual, some users may not see the offer immediately.

Price Drop for Jio's 100 Mbps Broadband Plan

Under the Independence Day offer—or the "Freedom Day" package, as Jio calls it—the 15-month broadband plan is available for ₹10,000 instead of the usual ₹16,000, representing a direct discount of ₹6,000 for customers. Breaking down the figures, the discounted price works out to about ₹666 per month, compared to the usual effective monthly cost of around ₹1,066.

The plan has an internet speed of 100 Mbps with no limits on data usage. People who sign up also get access to over 1,000 live TV channels and over 12 entertainment apps. The MyJio app also has subscriptions to JioHotstar, SonyLiv and Zee5 as part of the package.

If you just need the internet, Jio has a plan that gives you 30 Mbps broadband. This plan costs ₹450 each month. Jio also has a 100 Mbps plan. The 100 Mbps plan from Jio costs ₹600 every month.

Customers who want bundled services can choose plans that have Wi-Fi, TV and OTT. The 30 Mbps plan costs ₹555 per month and the 100 Mbps plan is ₹707 per month. Both plans have broadband, access to more than one thousand live TV channels and subscriptions to more than a dozen OTT platforms. Jio also provides free home installation and maintenance support for customers who qualify making it easier for people to move to its home broadband system.
